When entering your arrival date and time make sure you list the time the flight arrives. The driver will allow plenty of time for you to collect your luggage and go through immigration so the pick up will be booked for the time your flight arrives. Make sure you list the flight that arrives at Brisbane or Gold Coast airport and not one of the other connections.

If you are travelling with a friend or family member that is not a Griffith University student and you want to pay for them to use the service you can list this under total number of passengers travelling. Once you select 2 passengers total then we will contact you to advise the additional charges to have them on your booking. If you are travelling with other students that also attend Griffith University and they want to use the free airport reception, they need to book separately.

Please note you are unable to arrive at Mt Gravatt or Nathan Campus for check-in between 12 midnight and 6am. You will need to organise alternative accommodation or stay at the airport until 6am.

The luggage allowance is 2 large checked in suitcases and 2 carry on bags. If you have more than this please add this to the notes on the booking form. Additional charges will apply. If you have more than 2 large bags and you don't advise us you may have to wait for a later vehicle if your luggage wont fit.
